On February 5th, San Francisco Fire Fighter Chris Posey was critically injured fighting a fire at a vacant home in the city's Portola. Posey was one of six firefighters injured in the blaze at the two-story home. The other five have since been treated and released.

Posey, an 11-year veteran of the department, remains in the intensive care unit at San Francisco General Hospital but is "stable and improving," fire department spokeswoman Lt. Mindy Talmadge said.

This event is a benefit fundraiser to help Chris and his family during this incredibly hard, and expensive, time. All proceeds from the door will go towards his family and the medical bills that are piling up.

Emcee:

Charleston Pierce and Sterling James from KBLX will be emceeing the event and hosting a fashion show including local firefighter models.



Performances:

Live music performance by the band First Born at 7pm, DJ performances by DJ Sol and DJ Seven. Belly dancers and Fire dancing performances will happen throughout the night as well.



Food:
Free appetizers and finger food provided by Oola Restaurant and Sushi Groove from 6pm to 8pm.
